Lawyers John Nunnally, Skye MacLeod, Chanon Smith, Justin Egan, Curran Turlington and Erin Berry attended the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) 2025 Fall Seminar on October 10, held in Winston Salem. CLE’s offered at the seminar covered numerous topics relative to our practice areas. All fourteen of our North Carolina defense litigators and one of our paralegals are members of the organization and several hold leadership positions including serving on the Board of Directors. Sarah White, senior paralegal, also participated in annual board meetings of the NCADA Paralegal Division held at High Point School of Law during this event.

Our lawyers are actively involved in organizations dedicated to litigation defense, particularly those that serve our clients’ interests. NCADA is the resource for educational opportunities, networking, and information sharing for civil defense trial attorneys in the state and is considered the sole organization in North Carolina exclusively devoted to meeting these needs.
