She has extensive experience in the areas of product liability, fire and water losses, personal injury and motor vehicle accidents and has handled trials, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and motions throughout her career. Obtained a summary judgment motion against adverse party in a complex construction defect suit, while simultaneously obtaining summary judgment favorable to client resulting in recovering monies owed and attorney’s fees.

As lead counsel, negotiated multiple favorable settlements totaling more than a million dollars in complex product liability cases involving the manufacture and installation of gas piping.

Mediated numerous favorable settlements as lead counsel in product liability cases involving defective toilet water supply lines.

Obtained summary judgment for management company and owner in a slip and fall premises liability case.

Obtained a favorable appellate ruling regarding landowner and management company duties of care.
