Richard brings over 24 years of experience to his practice of commercial real estate where he focuses on transactions, formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate, and the representation of various lenders, real estate developers, landlords and tenants. In addition to closing real estate purchases and construction transactions, Richard routinely negotiates leases, purchases and contracts. He also handles wills, estate planning, administration and probate.
