Richard brings over 25 years of experience to his practice of commercial real estate where he focuses on transactions, formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate, and the representation of various lenders, real estate developers, landlords and tenants. In addition to closing real estate purchases and construction transactions, Richard routinely negotiates leases, purchases and contracts. He also handles wills, estate planning, administration and probate.

Counsel for owners of shopping centers in connection with purchase, lease negotiation, and tenant defaults.
Counsel for multi-family and student housing projects in closing conduit, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans.
Counsel for one of nation’s largest student housing providers in connection with acquisition, development and management.
