Emily R. Morris

Emily is an associate in our real estate and business groups in our Raleigh office where she works with clients on a wide range of matters including real estate transactions, title claims, HOA and community association issues and complex business transactions. Emily’s experience includes working as a paralegal for six years in commercial and residential real estate, grounding her with a practical understanding of property conveyances, contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Emily’s proven ability to balance full time work while attending law school resulted in her being the first Ragsdale Liggett lawyer to have attended law school and taken the bar exam while working at the firm. Her success with both is a testament to her discipline and dedication to resolving challenging issues and moving complex transactions across the finish line. Emily values building strong client relationships and takes pride in offering clear, strategic guidance to help clients protect their investments and achieve their goals.
