Stephen is a transactional lawyer in our Raleigh office. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and business transactions. His academic background in theology and philosophy has trained him to bring the same meticulous attention to detail to his legal practice that he uses when reading and translating ancient texts. Stephen represents developers, business owners and individuals in a wide range of transactional matters, and his favorite projects are the ones that require him to roll up his sleeves and do some heavy lifting.
“My favorite thing about real estate law is the feeling that you get when you drive past a building or development project that you worked on. There is something really gratifying about seeing this very tangible change in your community and knowing that you were part of making that happen. ”
