Sarah (Sally) Smith

Sally is a real estate attorney who works with clients through all stages of a real estate transaction, from preparing and reviewing real property contracts through closing. She advises buyers and sellers on the legal and practical issues that arise along the way and enjoys the problem-solving involved in bringing a transaction together.

Sally believes that good representation starts with understanding both the legal issues and what matters to the client. She enjoys working closely with her clients and values being approachable and responsive throughout the process. Her approach is thoughtful, practical, and personal.

A Raleigh native, Sally grew up in the heart of the city and has remained closely connected to the community throughout her life. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning her law degree from Campbell University School of Law. Now practicing in Raleigh, she enjoys seeing many of the relationships she has built over the years become part of her professional life as well.
