Meghan Drum

A native of Raleigh, Meghan has always called North Carolina home. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, she brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, grounded in the belief that effective real estate counsel requires more than an understanding of the law, it requires an appreciation for the transaction as a whole.

An alumna of Clemson University, where she was educated in Corporate Finance and Accounting, Meghan began her career in commercial real estate and loan origination. She later continued her work in the industry as a Real Estate Agent and Operations Director for a North Carolina-based firm, earning recognition as a Top Producer, while simultaneously pursuing her legal education at Campbell University in Downtown Raleigh. Her experience working with buyers, sellers, sponsors, and investors has given her a strong foundation for her practice as a real estate attorney.

Combining legal knowledge with years of firsthand industry experience, Meghan transforms her diverse real estate background into an asset for her clients and their agents, providing thoughtful, practical guidance throughout the real estate process. Building lasting relationships remains central to Meghan’s approach. She is committed to understanding each client’s individual goals and providing clear, informed counsel from contract through closing.
