Marie is a litigator whose practice is focused on civil litigation in the areas of business, professional liability, real property, and insurance defense.  As a former law clerk, in-house counsel, and litigator in an Am Law 200 firm, Marie has substantive experience in commercial, financial, and real property matters. Marie excels at detailed and comprehensive legal analysis, allowing her to resolve disputes in the most effective matter possible.

Marie currently teaches Constitutional Law & Policy as an Adjunct Professor at Regent University School of Law. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
