Lee practices in the litigation group where he is focused on the defense of civil matters. He represents insurance companies, long term care providers, individual health care providers and other individuals and entities. In his over thirty years of experience, Lee has successfully tried many jury trials and arbitrations to verdict or award. Lee is a mediator and frequently arbitrates matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Obtained summary judgment in a complex work place domestic violence case involving a long term care facility.
Negotiated a favorable settlement in a case involving alleged negligence in the construction of a highway, after discovering and establishing negligence and spoliation of evidence on the part of plaintiff’s employer which caused the employer to substantially reduce their worker’s compensation lien claim.
Obtained partial summary judgment for insurance client in unfair and deceptive trade practice/bad faith lawsuit. Remainder of claims were favorably settled before trial after evidence was discovered that the insured had falsified claim documents.
Successfully defended an institutional health care provider following its emergence from bankruptcy in numerous cases leading to the dismissal of many claims.
