Ashley Campbell is an experienced real estate and commercial litigator. Her many professional accomplishments have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine, North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, and the Triangle Business Journal.  Ashley is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Following 16 years of full time law practice and after obtaining partnership with the firm, Ashley transitioned to Campbell Law School as an Assistant Clinic Professor in 2019, where she directs the Blanchard Community Law Clinic and teaches trial advocacy.  

Ashley remains Of Counsel with the firm and continues to represent clients in real estate and corporate litigation.  She is known to be one of the most experienced real estate litigators in North Carolina and has handled over 100 real estate title claims during her career. She is also frequently called upon to represent clients in high stakes real estate appeals to North Carolina’s appellate courts and has also acted as an expert witness in real estate and professional liability matters. 


Represented a large multinational insurance company in complex business court litigation culminating in month long jury trial in the North Carolina Business Court.

Obtained successful jury verdicts for clients in professional malpractice litigation involving attorney malpractice.

Obtained numerous summary judgment motions for the benefit of clients in State courts throughout North Carolina.

Represented clients in significant complex insurance litigation in involving big five accounting firms.

Successfully represented hundreds of insureds in title insurance litigation in State courts throughout North Carolina.

Acted as “go to” appellate lawyer for large national title insurance companies in high impact litigation for its insureds.
