William W. Pollock Selected to NCBA Professionalism Committee

Partner Bill Pollock has been appointed by Mark Holt, President of the North Carolina Bar Association, to serve on the Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee.  The group is charged with developing and launching initiatives that promote the highest standards of professionalism in the legal profession, including the commitment to excellence in work, integrity, trustworthiness, respectfulness and courteous treatment of all in the profession. The committee also recommends a recipient for the H. Brent McKnight Renaissance Lawyer Award, which is the Bar’s annual recognition of an attorney who exemplifies the highest ideals of professionalism.  Bill stated, “I am honored to be selected to serve the Bar on this committee, as I believe in the importance of professionalism, and look forward to helping the committee with its mission and education of all the members of the Bar on this most important topic.”
