William W. Pollock Awarded Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America.

April 23, 2024

Bill Pollock has accepted an invitation as a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).  Our co-founder, George Ragsdale was the first lawyer at Ragsdale Liggett to be invited into its membership. The exclusive organization is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship is highly selective, by invitation only and is based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism, and ethical standards among its Fellows.

Bill’s practice is focused on construction law, trucking, product liability and other complex business litigation. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 cases before a jury and has made 30 oral arguments before appellate courts. His reputation for being a keen litigation strategist and a fair and respectful advocate is evidenced by winning many favorable decisions and by earning top lawyer ratings by his clients and peers. He is frequently invited into prominent legal and trade organizations. Bill received his JD from the University of South Carolina and earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
