Toni Gibbons, real estate paralegal, joined Felice Hayes of Arges Law Firm and Felecia Fife of Hutchens Law Firm in the panel session, “Lessons with Your Peers” for the real estate paralegal seminar hosted by LM Title Agency, LLC, a subsidiary of Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of North Carolina.  The panel participants discussed common issues paralegals face in real estate transactions while offering their real-world advice to get to common goal of closing efficiently and effectively.  The all-day seminar held in Raleigh on October 4^th,  titled “Parapalooza 2022 – It’s All Legit,” was the title company’s first CPE credit seminar designed specifically for real estate paralegals and legal assistants.

Toni’s 21-year paralegal career has been focused entirely on transactional law where she has worked in the firm’s residential real estate division for 11 years.  Dedicated to the real estate and paralegal professions, she previously served as secretary of the Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association and was recently featured in an article by Carolina Paralegal News. She is a Raleigh native and graduate of NC State University.
