The North Carolina Bar Association Paralegal Division posts another article written by Sarah White on its online blog. “Paralegal Ethics: Deck the Halls, or Maybe Not!” presents a framework of ethical concerns related to holiday parties, decorations, gifts and apparel in the workplace and offers tips to overcome some of those issues.
Sarah, ACP and NCCP-certified civil litigation paralegal, is an elected officer in the NCADA Paralegal Division. She has served as Chair of the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification Committee since 2017 and is NCBA Paralegal Division Treasurer, Ethics Committee Member, Bylaws Committee Co-chair and prior Council Member, and is a member of the NCADA Paralegal Division and NALA.
