Daniel A. Powers has joined the firm to assist lawyers with real estate, development, and land use work in our busy and growing Commercial Real Estate Group.  Dan brings substantive experience not only as a paralegal but as a project manager with one of the world’s largest global real estate investment trust companies.  He has extensive title and leasing operations experience, has worked directly with landowners and has served as a Subject Matter Expert for land management issues.  Daniel earned his JD degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and his BA from Boston University.
