Four of our trucking defense lawyers, John Nunnally, Sorena Fallin, Elizabeth Overmann, and Ed Coleman, participated in the Trucking Industry Defense Association’s 31st Annual Seminar in Las Vegas October 11-13. TIDA, an organization committed to reducing the cost of claims and lawsuits against the trucking industry, is comprised of over 1,600 motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims servicing companies who advocate on behalf of the industry’s interests. Attorneys admitted into its membership devote a major portion of their practice to trucking defense work and must be recommended by a trucking or truck insurance company. Our lawyers defend the industry in personal and catastrophic injury, property damage and cargo claims and represent trucking companies and insurers in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia and are highly active participants in the trucking sector.
