Dottie Burch will serve on a panel to discuss Current Issues in Equine Law at the second Animal Law Symposium on March 23, 2013 at the UNC School of Law. The event is hosted by the UNC Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF) and the panel will address equine liability issues, recent and pending legislation and case studies of relevant legal matters. Administrative Law Judge Beecher R. Gray and Sue Gray, Executive Director of the North Carolina Horse Council will join Ms. Burch on the panel.
