Melissa Brumback Selected to American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals

Partner Melissa Dewey Brumback has been accepted into the Neutrals Roster of the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR) in construction law.  Membership is granted following a stringent peer nomination and review process where an applicant is rated on expertise, knowledge, prowess, mastery and proficiency in a particular field.  Neutrals on the AAA roster are comprised of accomplished attorneys with exceptional subject matter expertise, former federal and state judges and business owners who understand the essence of the dispute.  Melissa has over 23 years of experience representing construction professionals with primary focus on defense of architects and engineers in a variety of issues involving projects of all sizes ranging from residential disputes to private commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, prisons, and other multi-million-dollar public projects. She has served as arbitrator in matters related to construction performance disputes and breach of contract.
