Partner Melissa Dewey Brumback edited a chapter in THE Construction Contracts Book, the newly released third edition of the preeminent construction contract book which is published by the American Bar Association (ABA).  Melissa provided updates and edits to the Redesign Costs chapter in the comprehensive reference guide to construction contracts.  The book details topic-by-topic analysis and comparisons of the critical issues in agreement forms from the AIA, ConsensusDocs and EJCDC.  Melissa is a member of the Forum on Construction Law, which serves the construction industry through education and leadership.
