Melissa Brumback has earned certification as a Superior Court Mediator, under the Mediated Settlement Conference Rules established by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.  She looks forward to working with parties on dispute resolution alternatives to expensive jury trials.

Melissa is a litigation partner with over 25 years of experience, whose practice is focused on construction law, professional liability, and business disputes. She is also a Panel Member of the American Arbitration Association in Construction Law.
