Melissa Dewey Brumback has earned the Clearbrief AI Certification through its Academy. The credential recognizes Melissa’s service as a panel member at the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR) which supports AI legal drafting through the Clearbrief Academy.  Melissa is a Neutral on the AAA roster in construction law. Melissa has over 25 years of experience representing construction professionals with primary focus on defense of architects and engineers in a variety of complex issues. She frequently serves as arbitrator in matters related to construction performance disputes and breach of contract.
