Melissa Brumback was a panel speaker at the Southeast annual conference of the Claims & Litigation Management held in Atlanta. A session of CLM’s property section, “Unique Property Claims” used a petroleum pipeline break as a case analysis. The presenters took an in-depth look at liability, risk control and remediation, expert data management and preservation of evidence. Melissa spoke about handling ongoing issues to limit damage and protecting evidence for trial. She is a frequent speaker of legal issues to audiences of construction and property professionals. The CLM is the largest professional network in the country comprised of industries and professionals involved in claims and defense litigation.
