Melissa Dewey Brumback participated in the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law 2026 Midwinter Conference in Dana Point, CA February 4-7th. The substantive CLE program, “Changing Landscapes: New and Effective ADR Strategies” examined the challenge of retaining efficiency and cost effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods while delivering fair, just, and high-quality outcomes as arbitration and mediation becomes increasingly more complex.
Melissa is a litigation partner with over 28 years of experience, whose practice is focused on construction law and business disputes. She is also a Panel Member of the American Arbitration Association in Construction Law and a North Carolina DRC Certified Superior Court Mediator (MSC).
