Melissa Brumback is on Faculty for Construction Law Seminar

Melissa Dewey Brumback is a presenter at HalfMoon Education’s Construction Law Seminar on October 3, 2012 in Chapel Hill, N.C.  The seminar will cover construction contracts, disputes, accessibility standards, environmental compliance and LEED protection. Ms. Brumback will discuss making changes and resolving disputes during the construction process, as well as associated liability issues. Melissa is a seasoned construction law litigation attorney who represents architects, engineers, contractors and developers and handles all sizes of construction cases including multi-million dollar and multi-prime contracts.
