Partner Mary Webb has been named Vice Chair of the Women Litigators Committee for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) where she has been a member since 1992.  She is active in many legal organizations such as Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Claims and Litigation Management (CLM).  Mary’s 29 years of civil litigation experience includes defending claims involving catastrophic injury, product liability, premises, professional liability, construction defect, education law, trucking and other complex litigation.
