Partner Mary McHugh Webb has been named Chair of the 2023-24 Women Litigators Committee for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) where she will steer activities promoting growth and relevance of the group.  She has been a member since 1992 and previously served as Vice Chair of the committee.

North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) is a professional organization of over 800 attorneys and paralegals who devote a majority of their time representing the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation.  Mary’s civil litigation practice of over 30 years includes defending claims involving catastrophic injury, product liability, premises, professional liability, construction defect, education law, trucking and other complex litigation.  She assumes active roles in many legal organizations including Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Claims and Litigation Management (CLM).
