Kelly will support lawyers in all phases of real estate, development, and title work in our busy and growing Commercial and Residential Real Estate groups. She is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in commercial and residential real property sales and development, as well as construction management, and technical project management. Additionally, as a longtime Broker-In-Charge in North Carolina, she brings important relationships to the transactional process. Kelly is a member of the Coastal Plains Association of Realtors®, the Neuse River Regional Association of Realtors®, and the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors®. She is a member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association, the Realtors® Land Institute and serves on various industry councils and committees of the North Carolina Regional MLS, including its Land Advisory Council, Property Management Advisory Council and Commercial Advisory Council. Kelly is a North Carolina native from the Raleigh/Durham area and currently resides in historic Blounts Creek, NC.
