

John Nunnally was a contributing author for the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC)’s special Annual Insights 2023 journal. His article, “Plaintiffs’ Use of Federal Regulations – Creating New Rules Everyday!” appeared in the Transportation section of the annual review of legal developments and trends. John specifically addressed how plaintiff’s attorneys misuse drug and alcohol testing rules to support negligence claims. In defense of motor carriers and drivers, John explained when and how to apply actual Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) in combating arguments built on non-existent rules.
The annual review journal containing 71 articles contributed by 18 different substantive law sections of the FDCC, was written by leaders in its membership considered subject matter experts in their field.
