John Nunnally, along with Shane O’Dell of Naman Howell Smith & Lee, were presenters of the session, “FMCSRs You Got to Know (Acute v. Critical) for Young Lawyers” at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) 2023 Annual Trucking Law Seminar held in Charlotte, NC.  John and Shane discussed the importance of assessing driver and company compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) in defending against plaintiff’s theories of liability and further rationalized strategies to offset such theories.
