John Nunnally participated in the DRI Trucking Essentials Seminar where he was once again a presenter to an audience of young and new lawyers in trucking litigation.  The two-day conference was held in Denver June 25-26.  His session, “Negotiation/Mediation Top Ten Tips” focused on effective strategies in defending large and small motor carriers involved in negotiating and mediation in litigation.  As a member of DRI’s Trucking Law Committee, John was actively involved in the planning and execution of the seminar.

John has defended trucking companies in litigation for 30 years.  He is among other litigators in the firm who defend the industry in personal and catastrophic injury, property damage and cargo claims and represent trucking companies and insurers in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia.
