John Nunnally presented at Central Insurance Transportation Summit

John Nunnally was honored to participate in a transportation summit held by Central Insurance in Ohio on April 24, 2025. The summit was the first transportation specific panel counsel collaboration of defense bar leaders and Central’s trucking management team as the company enters the small to midsize transportation fleet market.  Central selected several highly seasoned trucking defense lawyers across the country who shared their extensive knowledge with the directors and senior claims managers tasked with supporting and servicing the company’s expansion in this market.

John presented on “What Insurers Should Have Known” along with Clint Cox and Michael Vercher as well as “Trial Tactics and Nuclear Verdict Avoidance” along with Mike Halvorsen and Bob Hickey.  All of the presentations discussed applicable legal issues affecting insurance underwriting, as well as claims prevention and management.
