Defense Litigators John Nunnally, along with Gene Kissane of Cole Scott & Kissane and Billy Davis, of Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, join Bill Kanasky, Jr., Ph.D. of CSI in the Courtroom Sciences, Inc.’s latest podcast “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Litigation.”  The discussion evolved from use of AI in business operations, efficiencies in case management to its positive and negative reach at the bench in trial.  All of the attorneys acknowledged AI would create added accuracy accountability including the potential for legal malpractice, and agreed that while law firms should neither overreact nor dismiss the quickly evolving technology, firms must proactively plan for both its immediate and long term implications in defending its clients.
