John Nunnally has been appointed Chair of the State Reps Committee of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). He is charged with guiding the Federation’s five regional leaders of state representatives in performing the role of keeping members in their respective jurisdictions connected and informed of FDCC developments and changes in the law and regulations that have an impact on members having matters of interest in those areas.

The FDCC is the professional trade association of vetted and premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives dedicated to leading the profession by advancing the principles of integrity, professionalism, fair civil justice, intellectual capital, and fostering the trust and value of fellowship and referrals to our FDCC peers.

John is a senior litigator with over 30 years’ experience in civil defense litigation. He is active in FDCC serving as Vice Chair of its Transportation Section and is a former North Carolina State Representative.
