John Nunnally presented “Basics of Construction Law” on October 7th for the Wake County Bar Association’s monthly “Learn Over Lunch” virtual series.  In the CLE intended for non-construction lawyers, John discussed the legal responsibilities of various parties involved in a construction project and further explored how evolving legal theories in construction law shape legal liability.
