John Nunnally is Presenter at IADC 2022 Midyear Meeting

Partner John Nunnally along with Dr. Bill Kanasky presented the session, “Preventing Nuclear Verdicts – Science and Strategy” at the Midyear Meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) held in Scottsdale, Arizona February 19-24th.  In addition to the many economic and psychological influences that contribute to astronomical “nuclear” verdicts, John and Bill focused on neuro-scientific data which addresses how mental fatigue during deposition interrogation affects witness testimony performance causing devastating outcomes.  Further, John and Bill provided practical, strategic solutions for avoiding nuclear fallout.

John Nunnally is a senior defense litigator with over 29 years’ experience which includes trying over 75 civil cases to verdict.  Dr. Bill Kanasky is Senior Vice President, Litigation Psychology at Courtroom Sciences, Inc.
