Partner John M. Nunnally spoke at the North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA) Roundtable Discussion on February 1. The peer-to-peer roundtable is a quarterly feature of the NCTA Safety and Human Resources Council and the topic for this session focused on COVID/Omicron impacts on trucking companies. In the discussion with other panel members, John provided the legal perspective of these issues confronting trucking companies and its drivers.
The NCTA is the largest statewide trucking organization dedicated to promoting advocacy, safety, compliance, and leadership and works with state and federal regulatory and enforcement agencies to protect trucking companies and drivers.
