John Nunnally and Amanda Just attended the Defense Research Institute’s Trucking Litigation Essentials Seminar where John was once again a presenter to an audience of young lawyers in trucking litigation. The two-day conference was held in Charlotte, NC.  Our lawyers are highly involved in our clients’ industries and in the nation’s preeminent defense bar organizations.  John and Amanda are among other litigators in the firm who represent large and small motor carriers and trucking companies on behalf of many national insurance companies or directly for the trucking company.
