Elizabeth Overmann has been selected a 2026 faculty member at the highly acclaimed International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy. The faculty is comprised of leading defense trial attorneys selected from different regions and practice areas and she is one of only 16 lawyers chosen to serve in this prestigious capacity. The Trial Academy, a seven-day intensive, comprehensive, and participatory training is one of the oldest and most respected programs in the country for developing defense trial advocacy skills. The 52^nd Annual Trial Academy will be held at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law August 1-7.
