Attorney Dottie Burch has been re-elected to serve a third term on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Horse Council.  Ms. Burch was also re-elected to the Council’s Executive Committee.  Dottie is one of the few Equine Lawyers in the State of North Carolina and as an avid equestrian, she brings a depth of experience from legal, business and personal perspectives to an organization that is often faced with complex issues.
