Bob Ramseur was a contributing author of North Carolina Real Estate With Forms, Third Edition, published last month by Thomson Reuters.  The two-volume reference guide provides a detailed and comprehensive examination of commercial and residential real estate transactions with model forms.  Bob’s work focused on updating residential real estate form contracts, identifying general considerations for title examinations, and examining the responsibilities of parties in residential real estate closings.  Bob is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group and has practiced real estate law for more than 26 years.
