Ragsdale Liggett congratulates Bob Ramseur on his inclusion as an “Icon” in the 2025 North Carolina Lawyers Weekly magazine’s Excellence in Law annual list. As a result of nomination and meticulous evaluation based on specific criteria, the award honors top lawyers whose expertise, accomplishments and professionalism are well acknowledged within  North Carolina’s legal community and those who have made important contributions to the practice of law. This award comes on the heels of Bob’s selection to the NCLW Real Estate “Power List.”

Bob has nearly thirty years of practice in real estate law and chairs our residential and commercial real estate groups. He is an active participant in the real estate industry and has held leadership positions in various organizations including RELANC and is past chair of the North Carolina Bar Association and NC REALTORS® Joint Task Force. Additionally, Bob is an appointed member of the NC Real Estate Commission. He is a Raleigh native and graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law.
