Bo Walker presented “Ethical Considerations for Negotiations” to an audience of risk and insurance professionals where he provided tips for negotiation and highlighted pitfalls to avoid when handling the settlement of a claim.  The continuing education course, held in Raleigh, NC on March 21st was taught at the annual education and networking event of the Eastern North Carolina CPCU Society Chapter.
