Bill Pollock has been selected by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance to represent North Carolina in the development of the insurance industry’s first comprehensive legal Claims Handling Guide.  Only two other attorneys in the state will participate in the project.  Lawyers chosen to develop this project are considered to experts in their state’s insurance law.
