Bill Pollock was a panel speaker today at the Southeast annual conference of the Claims & Litigation Management held in Atlanta. A session of the CLM’s Environmental section, “Regulating Odor as a Contaminant” was an in-depth presentation of current issues involving agri-business livestock farming laws, regulations and the attempt to categorize farm odors as “contaminants.” As a commercial litigator, Bill’s practice includes Environmental and Toxic Tort defense where he successfully defended toxicity and contamination claims for national manufacturers and nuisance cases for agricultural producers. The CLM is the largest network in country comprised of industries and professionals involved in claims and litigation.
