John Nunnally, a Partner and litigator at Ragsdale Liggett recently addressed the S&ME engineering firm at its annual Technical Conference in Concord, N.C.  Mr. Nunnally spoke on professional liability and how engineers can avoid risks.  John has twenty years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and construction law and is often asked to speak to design professional audiences about issues that minimize claims.
