Bill Pollock was honored the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) by being nominated as a finalist for the ADTA’s most prestigious annual award, the “Strubinger We Prefer to Refer” award.  The nomination was announced at the ADTA annual meeting held in Lexington, Kentucky.  Nominees are selected based upon the submissions of other the ADTA members to recognize the attorneys who best exemplify the Association’s mission of client referrals. The ADTA is a select group of diverse and experienced civil defense trial attorneys whose mission is to improve their practices through collegial relationships, educational programs, and business referral opportunities, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.  The Association only allows one prime member per one million population for each city.  This exclusive selection process assures potential clients that they have the name of a highly qualified, experienced and successful defense trial attorney in that community. Similarly, when a member needs representation for a client in another city, ADTA assures referrals made within the network result in trustworthy recommendations. Bill is loyal to ADTA’s mission of referring business to his fellow members and has directed matters related to insurance contract disputes and wrongful death claim against a trucking company to ADTA colleagues in California, Missouri, Hawaii, and Kentucky.

Bill’s practice is focused on commercial, construction, product liability, trucking, and other complex business litigation. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 cases before a jury resulting in many favorable decisions.
