Ashleigh Black and Paula Murray were presenters at the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property Section’s two-day CLE training conference held in Cary October 3-4.  Ashleigh and Paula added fun to the “fundamentals” course bringing the presentation to life as they enacted real situations through character skits to illustrate the effect of taxes and liens in real property transactions.  Residential Real Estate lawyers, both Ashleigh and Paula are actively involved in the real property community and frequently speak about real estate legal issues to practitioners and other professionals in the industry.
