Ragsdale Liggett was again a proud sponsor of the Dereck Whittenburg Foundation’s (DWF) annual golf tournament fundraiser played at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary NC. Golfers playing on behalf of the firm’s lawyers won this year’s tournament where all proceeds provide assistance with student college scholarships.

Founded in 2015, the DWF charitable organization provides scholarships, mentoring and educational programs to college students in their junior and senior years who need assistance to complete their college degree. Since its inception, DWF has awarded close to one million dollars in need-based academic scholarships, helping over 180 students graduate college.
