Bill Pollock has more than 35 years’ experience representing businesses and individuals in civil litigation. His practice is focused on business, construction, product and premises liability, environmental, professional liability and transportation in a variety of disputes and complex litigation. Throughout his practice, Bill has represented thousands of clients in mediations and arbitrations all across North Carolina. As a NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator, he uses his experience to help parties resolve disputes through the mediation process. He mediates matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in proceedings in federal and state courts. Mediations are available in person or online.
