A partner, Richard Bolton practices in the commercial real estate department where he focuses on real estate transactions, the formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate, and the representation of various lenders, real estate developers, landlords and tenants. In addition to closing real estate purchases and construction transactions, Richard routinely negotiates leases, purchases and contracts. He also handles wills and estates.
